VOLSOFT Intelligent Production System is the system that follows the production processes independently from human, using the software technologies of the Iode. The system fulfills all requirements, including data collection, processing, understanding, forwarding, storing, alerting, reporting and transferring to other systems through the IoT cards.
Unlike traditional production tracking solutions; Produced product quantities, cycle times, planned/unplanned downtime, failures, maintenance, product and order information are collected in real time during production.

Automatic data collection
Data collection is the most important process in the system and works as follows: The machine, tape and equipment in your factory where production is analyzed and data collection points are determined. Then, special Iot cards are inserted into these points and the signal from the machine is transmitted to the card. If the machine is unable to signal, the sensor etc. The problem is resolved by attaching the sensors. As a result, the machine-realized production is collected in real time and automatically.
Auto-aggregated production data is shown on the machine-mounted 7-inch touch screen. This screen also allows the operator to interact with the system. Information such as posture reasons, wastage/scrap quantities, repair/recovery and material demand is entered into the system by the operator using this screen. The display is also used to display drawings, precautions, warnings and technical information from the manufactured product to the operator.
Inside the system comes an internal industrial barcode scanner. This barcode reader is used for many purposes, such as work order tracking, product information retrieval and operator detection.
The collected production data is transmitted to the service on the server instantaneously over a wireless or wired network. The service processes the data transmitted by the devices, saves it to the database, and deletes it from the device. The MQTT protocol is used for communication. In addition, the service/database can operate on a local server or cloud.
The system allows you to see 7/24 collected production data through our web and mobile applications. All reports that are considered standard in the industry, including the OEE report, are available within the system. It allows you to easily identify and intervene in details affecting your production efficiency.
The system includes an internal warning system. This alert system follows the scenarios you specify and alerts you via SMS and email when it happens. In the Örknek; When the performance of one or more machines is low, when the error rate rises, the downtimes increase, etc.
